Yes, 30 years it has been!
By now, you probably know that our reunion is planned for August 10th and 11th.
On Friday evening, August 10th, the party is at Liz Vincent LaDuke's house on Lovely Street. The grill will be fired up and pool ready for action. Last I heard, Liz' husband's band was providing the musical entertainment. More soon, I'm sure.
On Saturday night, we'll convene at LaTrattoria for dinner and dancing and more fun. Details to follow.
Per Joan Clarke's recent e-mail, total estimated cost per person is $50 for both events. We sure hope you can make it!

Just received an e-mail from Terri Kucia Tracey and it looks like she is planning to attend the reunion. Hooray!
I'll go back through my reunion e-mail folder and get the names of others who RSVP'd to me one way or another. Cathie [formerly Blythe] and Joan Clarke each had a section of the list as well.
People seemed relatively enthused! ;-)
I just looked through the slideshow that the class ahead of us produced as part of their 30th reunion. It was fun!
I'd like to do something similar but could use the help of others as I don't have many photos of classmates besides what were included in the yearbook. Please share digital copies of any pictures you have of yourself and/or any classmates back in the day or since. I would love to get pictures from our various reunions to include. I have a decent scanner and will return original photographs to anyone who has pictures they are willing to share.
We could make the slideshow available online and/or on disc or thumbdrive for anyone interested in having a copy of their very own.

I received e-mails from Laura (Snell) and Rob Schomburg in the last week and they are both planning to attend.
For all who are interested, and it sounds like many are, Don Benson has almost committed to coming to this reunion. We all miss Hatchmo and he was a great presence in high school, but has lived in Florida all these years unable to get back to bless us with his presence. Put your good thoughts together to get him to really committ (sp). Wade is coming, Billy Barker all the way from Washington State, Lingo, Joe Carter, Kim Delbone, Lizzy, me , Cathie up from Florida, jimmy Dutton, Marty Tobey, Karen DiCarlo, Dave Hudon, Dawn Lowell, Mark Westerling...... can we add you to the list too????
Now thats what I'm talking about!! Great BLOG. I'll try to get the word out so others know...
I'm trying to get the time off from work, I have a big deadline the next week! I haven't been back in CT in years, would love to be there, but I just won't know for a few more weeks. (Lynn, don't be mad!)

Keep forgetting to ask my kid how to move the "Canton High School" from the right column to the top bar. ;-)
Hi all - great site Nancy! I have some photos (not digital) that I can send you but need your snail mail address. I do plan to be there - this looks like a can't miss event. I will try to track down Dave Hartzell - he is married to Jennie Mills and last I heard, they lived in New Hartford. I will check with Stuart Page - he lives here in the Charlotte, NC area also and has kept in touch with them. Sounds like this will be the best reunion yet ... and Karen, that deadline excuse is getting REALLY old - 3 reunions in a row?? Suck it up and have some fun! See y'all (official Southerner now) in August!

I'm heading out of the country for six weeks next Monday so won't be able to post any of your pics to the blog until the week before the reunion but I'll include them in the slideshow. Unless Joan has the means and inclination to do the scanning and posting while I'm away. Or someone else??? ;-)

im in the same spot as lots of folks,,not being sure i can get there until the last minute. Im trying. Ive been living in NC for 12 years now and the drive to CT keeps getting longer every time.
I hope i can make it.
